Set in the quiet village of Bellerby, less than 2 miles from the popular market town of Leyburn in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, Vine Barn has been cleverly converted into this beautiful cottage complete with a conservatory and private walled garden. Tastefully furnished by the owners and oozing character with its beamed ceilings combined with all the facilities you need, this makes a romantic setting ideal for couples or honeymooners.

Lounge: TV, DVD, gas woodburning effect stove, French windows leading to conservatory with table, chairs, patio doors leading to walled garden with patio furniture.
Kitchen / Diner: Gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge with icebox, microwave. Dining table and chairs, electric effect wood burning stove.
Bathroom: Bath, shower over bath, washbasin, toilet.
Shower Room: Shower, washbasin, toilet.


FIRST FLOOR
Bedroom 1:
King size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, Juliet balcony with views over the surrounding countryside.

Pets: Sorry, no pets.
Parking: Private parking, please note this is through a narrow driveway and gate. There is further free parking on the side of the village green on a first come first served basis.
Garden: Walled garden, barbecue, table and chairs.
Heating: Eco central heating, solar panels Wood burning effect stove in dining room.
Short breaks: Not accepted at peak times.
Notes: Towels included, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer in building outside the property. Unlimited WiFi is available free of charge. No smoking at this property. Mobile phone signal is variable. A sofa bed is available in the lounge, this must be pre booked if required. 

Pub: 100 yards Shop: 1mile.


There are walks straight from the doorstep to Leyburn which has a fine selection of shops, pubs and restaurants as well as leisure facilities and the market which is held on a Friday. Close by Middleham famous for its stables is well worth a visit to watch the horses go through the village each morning, heading up to the gallops for their daily exercise. The historic market town of Richmond is within a few miles and offers leisure facilities, a swimming pool and cinema. Reeth and Hawes are within a half hour journey by car.

If you pay high end prices, you justifiably expect a high end experience. Sadly, this was not the case.

The only issue was the narrow access between the two houses to enable a car to be parked adjacent to the property. Anything other than a small family car could have a problem. Parking nearby in the village was available but very limited.
