For lovers of the sea, sky and coastline, this property is a dream come true! The Boathouse is a truly stunning 5* property in an enviable location overlooking the Glaslyn Estuary at Porthmadog, on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park. Enjoy the huge contemporary living space with architectural feature windows running the full length of the room, offering a light, open aspect and wonderful views.

The Property: is beautifully presented to the highest standards and in a unique location on the waterfront. The accommodation is on the first floor to make the most of the views.

Entrance: the spacious ground floor entrance hall has a cloakroom with WC and basin. Stairs lead up to the living space.

Living Room: this open plan room has patio doors give access out to the balcony overlooking the harbour. The room has lovely wooden flooring with underfloor heating and combines a comfortable seating area with leather suite, smart TV, wireless sound system and WiFi, and a dining area with large table and chairs adjacent to the kitchen area.  (please note the windows have no opaque coverings)

Kitchen: The smart, well-equipped kitchen incorporates electric double oven, steam oven and warming drawer, large fridge/freezer with ice making and water filter facility, wine cooler, microwave and dishwasher. There is a separate utility/drying room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, also on this floor.

There are four en suite bedrooms

Master suite: on the top floor is the stunning Master Suite with a super king size bed, centrally placed in front of the full-height windows, to appreciate the coastal views and dark night skies; a large walk in wardrobe and a section of the bedroom set aside for relaxing/yoga; the open-plan en suite bathroom has a contemporary bath with hand shower attachment, large walk-in shower enclosure, WC, basin and bidet.

Bedroom 2: on the first floor is a king size bedroom with doors onto the balcony, and an en suite shower room.

A corridor leads to two comfortable twin bedrooms

Bedroom 3 and 4:  each with twin beds and a compact en suite shower room

Games/sitting room: with comfortable seating, smart TV, woodburning stove and table tennis.

Outside: the Boathouse has plenty of parking adjacent, for several cars and/or boats. There is a first-floor decking balcony with outdoor furniture and views over the harbour, estuary, Snowdonia mountains and coastline.

If guests can bear to tear themselves away from this luxurious accommodation, it is just a short stroll into Porthmadog, for shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as the Marina, Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Steam Railways, golf club and much, much more. The Glaslyn Estuary is a haven for wildlife, including rare and migrating sea birds; there are walks and cycle routes, mountains and beaches all within easy reach. Please note there is a steep drop down the harbour walls.

Stunning property, very luxurious and amazing views. Lovely welcome pack supplied. Highly recommend staying here. Great location near Portmeirion and the steam railway.

This place is breathtaking, walked into the living room and was amazed. Great location, short walk to the shops and amazing views.
