This was our first stay and we were delighted with the accommodation and situation of the cottage, which made our holiday relaxing and felt like home from home. It was clean and welcoming, with complete privacy as well as having friendly hosts nearby. The bed was very comfortable and there was a good amount of storage in the bedroom, kitchen and loRead moreunge. The view over open fields and woodland from the lounge was wonderful, although we only saw deer once! There are numerous of places to visit in the area, (with leaflets and local OS maps supplied in the cottage), the cottage is well situated for ease of access. We hope to go again in the future as we enjoyed our memorable holiday. Hide

A really nice place to stay! Comfortable and warm cottage in a good location for exploring East Sussex and west Kent. Well equipped and the owners are friendly and helpful. In terms of getting there, Id recommend using the A21 from the M25, rather than the back roads, as our satnav took us a longer route. It takes an hour to get to Canterbury, Read morebut the drive is pleasant. Hide

We enjoyed our stay at the Little Copthall very much! The cottage was absolutely lovely, with lots of books to read and DVD to watch during our Christmas stay. Fireplace was cosy. The cottage was clean and very tidy (it is beautifully renovated). Kitchen had everything we needed for festive cooking. Location was great, there are a couple of nice Read morepubs near the cottage as well as a shop. Just within 5-15 minutes there were a couple of nice castles and forests to visit. The WiFi was slower than we expected (so if you consider having video calls or working on remote, you need to seek for alternative solutions). We highly recommend staying at the little Copthall! Great experience! Hide
