Sleeping up to eight guests, it offers bright, spacious accommodation and is ideally situated in the friendly market town of Sedbergh, whose history dates back to medieval times. Perched on the north-western edge of the Yorkshire Dales, Sedbergh is a thriving book town with a great selection of welcoming pubs, restaurants and cafés. The cottage is just 1.5 miles from Sedbergh Golf Club, and the surrounding area boasts miles of scenic walking and cycling routes. A footpath just 20 metres from the front door leads directly into the Howgills. Popular attractions including White Scar Cave, Cautley Spout, Ingleton Waterfalls and Windermere are all within 15 miles, making this an ideal base for exploring both the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District.

After stepping up to the front door the grand entrance with warming tones throughout and the view through to the floating fireplace is instantly welcoming. Two of the beautifully decorated double bedrooms can be found either side of the hallway with a shared bathroom just beyond the utility room on the same floor. Featuring a Jacuzzi bath, you are beckoned to enjoy bubbles after a day of exploring the fells. On the floor below the Sauna beckons just after for even more relaxation. Back on the ground floor the spacious lounge offers the perfect spot to get together over a favourite film whilst admiring the spectacular floating fireplace, perfect on cooler evenings. The kitchen, heart-of-the-home is high spec and spacious, perfect for chefs of the group to whip up a hearty meal if you can’t decide on one of the many fantastic eateries nearby. With an open plan layout, it is ideal for getting together and socialising. Upstairs on the second floor the master king-size bedroom can be found with its en-suite shower room and double sink.
