Located on a very quiet road close to the centre of Abersoch village, Mor Gragen ('large seashell') is a spacious and comfortable family home with a large enclosed garden.

With four bedrooms and a bathroom plus separate shower room, Mor Gragen is ideal for one large family or two families sharing. The open plan lounge/dining room leads into a kitchen which overlooks the rear garden. Patio doors lead from the dining room into a large conservatory. Double doors from here lead to the south facing garden and sun terrace. Downstairs the house has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and shower room. Upstairs the main bedroom enjoys views across the garden. There is also a games area with TV/DVD, games and toys.

Given the choice of 3 bedrooms downstairs with bathroom and shower room the house would be a good choice for guests with limited mobility.

The location of the Mor Gragen is perfect, with only a 5 minute walk into the town and only 5 minute walk to the beach. Lovely conservatory at rear of the property overlooking a lovely rear garden area. This property has all the accessories / needs required, for an amazing holiday - enjoy.

The property is perfect location with a lovely conservatory. Only a 5-7 minutes walk into town. Lovely rear garden for sunbathing.

Mor Gragen is a lovely property with all the amenities required for an amazing holiday. Easy walking distance to town and plenty of car parking facilities. A lovely large rear garden which is very private and well maintained - we will be coming back to Mor Gragen very soon - thank you

The coat hooks fell off the hall wall when we used them, but apart from that everything was fine. This is a good-sized chalet-bungalow ideal for families. It is comfortable rather than modern, and is very convenient for the Spar shop, the beach, and the village centre. There is also a useful farm shop up the road.
