Set in a desirable spot within easy reach of Dorset’s beautiful coastline, this welcoming, self-contained property to the left of the owners own home has space for four guests to enjoy a coastal escape. Set in the pretty village of West Lulworth, there is a pub and a shop within 0.5 miles of the property. Lulworth Cove is less than 1 mile away and features some unique geology and crystal-clear waters. From here, you can head off along the South West Coast Path, which winds around the Jurassic Coast and stretches all the way along this area of the country, providing walkers with spectacular views. You can also easily reach one of the most photographed spots in the UK, Durdle Door (1 mile), which has a lovely beach. Visit the historic ruins of Corfe Castle (11.5 miles) and the many nature reserves situated in the Dorset countryside on the way.
This pleasant home is very inviting and provides an excellent space for you to base yourselves while exploring the area. Inside, a hallway leads to the kitchen, which has everything you need to rustle up meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and a handy utility area has laundry facilities. Adjacent, the bright and airy lounge/diner has a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV, and a dining table that is in the window alcove and provides distant views across to Lulworth Cove. Finishing up the ground floor is a separate WC. As the day draws to a close, climb up the winding staircase to the first floor where you will find the two bedrooms. Both have king-size beds, one of which can be made up as a twin if required, and both have en-suite shower rooms.
Outside, a cosy terrace has garden furniture for a morning coffee as you watch the world go by. Parking is provided for one car on a shared, sloping driveway.
