Offering cosy, snug and welcoming accommodation for up to four guests, this sympathetically updated and elegantly reimagined holiday retreat lies in a small, picturesque village within easy reach of the stunning North Cornwall coastline. The traditional fishing village of Port Isaac (2.5 miles), famed as the setting for TV’s Doc Martin, is known for its historic buildings, charming beaches and bustling harbour. Venture east to discover the ancient ruins of Tintagel Castle (7 miles), or head west to enjoy the golden sands of Polzeath (6 miles) and Daymer Bay (7 miles). Across the River Camel, Padstow (14 miles) is renowned for its excellent seafood restaurants. Other nearby attractions include Pencarrow House and Gardens, Bodmin Jail and Camel Creek Family Adventure Park, all within 13 miles.

A very handy boot room brings you into this cheerful cottage, with plenty of space for leaving coats and shoes before you head through to a relaxing lounge with ample seating, a wood burner and a Smart TV. This is a snug spot for you all to unwind in peace after a great day discovering an unforgettable part of Cornwall. A hallway then leads through to a stylishly updated bathroom and then along to a generous and peaceful light-filled conservatory with a dining table and charming bench seating, making a great location for curling up with a good book.
