One of your nearest beaches is Winchelsea beach (3 miles) or visit Pett Level (5.5 miles), a sand and pebble beach that rarely gets crowded, even in the height of summer. Nearby days out include the 1066 Battlefield, Bodiam Castle, the medieval village of Rye, and Camber Sands, all within 10 miles. There are also some lovely vineyards scattered throughout the surrounding countryside.

Upstairs, on the first floor, you’ll find two inviting bedrooms, both with delicate, country-inspired decor and ample storage for all your holiday attire. Choose from a spacious twin with countryside views or a gorgeous king-size with its own balcony. Completing this level is the family shower room. Steep, cottage-style stairs lead to a charming double bedroom on the top floor with an en-suite shower room and idyllic rural vistas.
