This vibrant town hosts a wide range of shops, pub and restaurants situated along historic cobbled streets surrounding the medieval Clitheroe Castle which houses a fascinating museum. A one-mile walk takes you to Waddow Weir along the River Ribble, making a great starting point for exploring the Ribble Valley. The immediate area is also home to Edisford Bridge, Clitheroe Golf Club and the Nick of Pendle, all within 3.5 miles. To the east, Pendle Hill (7 miles) is associated with the 17th-century witch trials, or you can head north to explore the vast expanses of the Forest of Bowland (2 miles). Settle, Ingleton, Malham and the Yorkshire Dales are all within 30 miles.

Entering this fresh and spacious residence, a welcoming hallway leads past the ground-floor WC and through to a bright and inviting lounge/diner with huge bay windows allowing natural light to pour in. Featuring a Smart TV, comfortable seating and a wood burner effect electric fire, this is an ideal space for you all to unwind in, with a useful foldable dining table providing a great spot for enjoying a family meal together. Heading through, the handsomely presented kitchen/diner has plenty of storage space and a wealth of equipment alongside another charming dining table. Going upstairs you will find three warmly decorated bedrooms: a snug single and two cheerful king-size rooms. The accommodation is rounded off with a beautifully tiled bathroom with a separate bath and walk-in shower.
