This delightful two-storey lodge, surrounded by a large garden, is ideal for families and friends seeking a restful holiday, with easy access to the Argyll countryside, coast and amenities. This cottage is perfect for outdoor adventurers, including anglers, walkers, and wildlife enthusiasts. The Estate has a slipway for small boats, and the sailing is excellent. Explore the shoreline and beach with its rocky outcrops, inlets and sandy beaches. Discover the unspoilt natural beauty on a trip to visit the Knapdale Scottish Beaver Trail and Achnabreac Forest, both within 15 miles. Another tranquil spot is the Crarae Gardens, 25 miles away, where you can wander the glen and explore the woodland gardens. For a day on the beach, head to Carsaig, 23 miles away, and enjoy the shallow waters and sandy beach at low tide. Tarbert Castle Heritage Park is only 16 miles away and ideal for history lovers and walkers.

This beautiful stone cottage has a bright, airy and welcoming interior with whitewashed walls and bright pops of colour in the furnishings. The artwork and decor reflect the beautiful natural location. Head through to the sitting room, a perfect space to relax and socialise, with windows flooding the area with natural light. After a day exploring, enjoy a lazy afternoon tea or, in the evening, pop a log on the open fire and curl up on the sumptuous sofas, chatting or watching TV. The contemporary kitchen features all the appliances you need to cook up a storm, while the dining area has a thoughtful design and is close to the window, so you can enjoy the delightful views. A pretty twin bedroom and a chic, spacious bathroom complete the downstairs and offer flexible sleeping arrangements for guests. The first floor is accessed by a spiral staircase, where you’ll find a lovely double bedroom with an en-suite WC and a twin bedroom with a characterful sloping roof and views out over the loch.

Head outside onto the wooden decking, a gorgeous sunny spot with a picnic table, making it ideal for morning coffee, al fresco dining or evening drinks. If you wish for an escape with wild life 360 Degrees and take joy in walking, wild swimming, canoeing and fishing. Then Ellery is the best playground ever. The lodge was a comfortable retreat from weather and well appointed with all we needed. The Customer support was very responsive and accommodating when we had a difficulty with heating. Will be Read morelooking forwards to returning in 2026. Hide
