At the head of Loch Foechan, this private and rural cottage offers up spectacular views down the Firth of Lorn and welcomes four guests for an ‘away from it all’ escape. Surrounding the cottage is 50 acres of hillside and shoreline, so you will find plenty of walking routes available for all abilities. Climb up the glen and visit the charming country pub which offers up delicious meals or a quick drink mid-hike. Take a trip to the picturesque town of Oban (5 miles), which has plenty of shops, restaurants, and much to see and do, including the Oban Distillery, McCaig’s Tower and Battery Hill, and Dunoille Museum and Castle. From here, you can hop on a ferry to the Isle of Kerrera with its scenic walking routes and ruined Gylen Castle.

Arriving at this home, you will be overwhelmed with the spectacular landscapes surrounding it. Inside, the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is a charming and welcoming spot for socialising and relaxing with your loved ones. Send the chef of the group into the kitchen to prepare and cook delicious meals, and tuck into the culinary delights at the handy kitchen table.
