Look forward to a restorative stay in Lossiemouth, the Jewel of Moray, with a break in this fantastic former fishermen’s cottage - a welcoming retreat perfect for families and groups of friends. Ideally positioned beside the Lossie Estuary, the property is just a short 0.5-mile stroll from the town’s popular East Beach. This vibrant harbour town is steeped in maritime heritage and rich fishing history. Visit Covesea Lighthouse for a guided tour and panoramic coastal views from the top or explore the Lossiemouth Fisheries and Community Museum (0.5 miles) to learn more about the area’s fascinating past. Keen golfers will appreciate the renowned Moray Golf Club (1 mile), home to world-class courses and spectacular sea views. Venture further inland into the Speyside region to discover some of Scotland’s most celebrated distilleries, following the famous Malt Whisky Trail to Glen Moray (6.5 miles), Benromach (16.5 miles) and Glenfiddich (22 miles).

Full of character and charm, this traditional stone-built cottage blends soft neutral tones, nautical touches and cosy country styling throughout. Step down into the property and head straight into the sociable heart of the home - the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Keen cooks can make the most of the well-equipped kitchen, preparing delicious meals with locally sourced ingredients before gathering around the dining table to eat together. After dinner, unwind in the cosy sitting area, where comfortable sofas are positioned around a welcoming wood burner. Additional seating areas in both the lounge and conservatory provide plenty of space to spread out and relax throughout the day. Both the lounge and sitting room benefit from Sky Smart TVs, making it easy for guests to enjoy different films or programmes in the evenings. Meanwhile, the conservatory offers a peaceful spot for morning coffee or relaxed conversation while overlooking the garden. Also on the ground floor, you’ll find the family bathroom and the first of the three bedrooms. The bathroom features a luxurious roll-top bath alongside a separate shower, while the king-size bedroom benefits from its own en-suite shower room. Two further bedrooms are reached via a flight of steep traditional cottage stairs: one inviting double room and one beautifully presented twin.

Step out through the conservatory into the enclosed rear garden, where outdoor seating provides the perfect place for al fresco dining or enjoying a quiet morning coffee. On-street parking is available directly outside the property.
