Wake up and set off on a picturesque hike along the River Ayr Way (3 miles), or head into the lively seaside town of Ayr (12 miles) to explore its sandy beaches and visit the Robert Burns Birthplace Museum. Alternatively, make your way to Ayr Farm Park (16.5 miles) to meet the animals and test your driving skills on the quads and tractors. Climb into the saddle and explore Scotland’s only ‘road cycling park’, a 15-mile network known as the Ayrshire Alps (10 miles), or tee off for an unforgettable round of golf at Royal Troon Golf Club (12 miles).
Step inside your farmhouse and you’ll find an inviting sitting room – a stylish, light-filled space with a striking wood burner. Take a moment to appreciate the country views before you head to the large kitchen to whip up some dinner. Afterwards, challenge your loved ones to a game of table tennis in the games’ room in the courtyard, head to the living room to relax by the roaring wood burner, or lose yourself in a good book in the snug. On the ground floor you’ll find three super-king-size rooms (one with an en-suite shower room). There’s also a family bathroom with a bath and shower, and a shower room with a walk-in shower.
