A pleasant and bright cabin welcoming groups of four, set in a peaceful spot on the Galloway Coast. Located on the border of Galloway Forest Dark Sky Park, you can admire the starry sky on your veranda, warming up in the heat of the fire pit. Spend days at the beach of Carrick Bay (150 metres) swimming, kayaking or rock pooling. Visit cascading waterfalls and soak up majestic views in the Galloway Forest Park (8 miles). The town of Kirkcudbright (9 miles) has an abundance of galleries and museums to peruse, as well as a couple of places to grab a bite to eat, while Castle Douglas (5 miles) is slightly further afield with more amenities.
Park up in one of your private parking spaces and step into this charming cabin. The open-plan living area is lovely and welcoming, with space for socialising and relaxing. To one side is a stylish kitchen with tonnes of storage space along with everything you need for cooking up delicious meals. You can then sit at the dining table and eat before planning the days ahead. Once your stomachs are full, curl up on the sumptuous sofas to get stuck into a good movie. As the day draws to a close, there are two well-appointed bedrooms: a double and a twin bedroom. The double has its own en-suite bathroom where you can enjoy a soak, and the twin bedroom can make use of the welcoming shower room.
Outside, there is access to a utility room which has a washing machine, and a charming veranda where you can dine alfresco and admire the far-reaching coast views, or the dark skies above.
