Explore the quirky highlights of Swansea’s Mumbles with a stay in this delightful holiday home for four. Just a stone’s throw from the beach (250 metres) with a selection of water sports, you can sunbathe, swim or start your walking adventures with a coastal backdrop. Set right on the edge of Mumbles Hill (0.5 miles), a delightful nature reserve that takes you to the edge of the Gower Peninsula, with views across the bay. With several pubs, cafes and restaurants 0.1 miles from the cottage, or wander 0.6 miles into the centre of Mumbles to find dog friendly pubs, eateries and rows of shops, plus Oystermouth Castle, with its regular line-up of child-friendly activities. The promenade is ideal for a stroll, cycle or dog walk. Swansea, which is just 5 miles away can easily reached by car or bus, offering a lively marina, a selection of fascinating museums and galleries, plus an abundance of options for shopping, dining and drinking.

This fantastic, cosy Fisherman’s cottage has been lovingly designed with a delicate blend of old and new. Stone-flagged flooring greets you in the charming lounge, where a woodburner sits to one side in an exposed brick wall, adding character and a cosy ambience. Up in the attic, tucked beneath the rafters, a second snug area offers space for children to hang out, complete with an additional TV, desk and soft chairs.
