The Roman town of Horncastle, known for its many antique shops is close by, as is the Georgian market town of Louth, which hosts three weekly markets and enjoys many coffee shops and restaurants. Lincoln, with its stunning cathedral featured in The Da Vinci Code, The International Bomber Command Centre, and Lincoln Castle home of the Magna Carta, is also worth visiting. Aviation enthusiasts can explore the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight visitor Centre at Coningsby, 15 miles away. Stepping into this pretty cottage, you will find the charming living area which has exposed brickwork and beams creating a characterful feel to this space.
