Enter the property to find airy accommodation for you to spread out into and enjoy during your special stay. From the central reception hall, access the ground-floor WC, where you can also hang your coats and leave your footwear. Head through to the elegant, light-filled lounge, where you can slide two doors back onto the south-facing patio to bring in a summer breeze. This lovely room is the perfect place to gather for games and films on the Smart TV. Beyond the dining room, where you can sit down to formal meals, is the equally sociable, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This features additional soft seating and all the equipment you need for cooking up a feast. Pull the bench out from under the table as you sit down to breakfast or morning coffee. There are more doors to slide open to your outside space. Also downstairs are a utility room, a study and a snug with an additional Smart TV for alternative viewing. One of your beautiful king-size bedrooms, with an en-suite shower room, is also downstairs. Climb the wooden staircase up from the hall to find your three remaining bedrooms. These include another wonderful king-size, with an en-suite bathroom and a Juliet balcony where you can take in the picturesque countryside views when you wake up. The double bedroom and the triple, with three single beds that the youngsters will adore, share the family bathroom.

Immerse yourselves in the glorious gardens that have a parkland feel. Supervise the children as they explore and play hide and seek. Admire the mature and colourful planting, look for wildlife within the borders and picnic on the immaculate lawns.
