Ideally located near the beautiful Jurassic Coast, this holiday home is the perfect base for friends or family looking to enjoy Dorset’s coastline and charming market towns. Just half a mile away, West Bay offers a picturesque harbour, dramatic golden cliffs and a sweeping beach, making it ideal for countryside and coastal walks, fossil hunting or basking by the sea. The vibrant market town of Bridport is 1.5 miles away. Browse its independent shops and cafes, visit the regular markets, or enjoy a meal in one of its many welcoming pubs and restaurants. Head to the nearby Symondsbury Estate (3 miles), where scenic walking trails, lovely countryside and local food and drink make it a favourite destination for all ages. The seaside town of Lyme Regis is 10 miles from home, famous for its fossil-rich beaches and historic harbour. Alternatively, visit Weymouth and Portland via Abbotsbury and the spectacular coastal road (18 miles), where beaches, water sports and coastal scenery await.

The ground floor centres around a generously sized lounge, furnished with comfortable sofas, Smart TV, and a gas-flame fire for cosy evenings indoors. Adjoining the lounge is a bright conservatory, where additional seating and a bistro table create a peaceful spot overlooking the south-west-facing garden. The country-style kitchen/diner is fitted with cream cabinets and a circular dining table with matching chairs, creating a welcoming setting for breakfasts and evening meals. A dishwasher and washing machine make everyday tasks simple, while a handy cloakroom sits just beyond the kitchen. Upstairs, you'll find three inviting bedrooms, including two with full-size double beds and a third furnished with a single bed. A gleaming family bathroom completes this floor, equipped with a shower over a bath. All rooms have the owner's artwork adorning the walls.

Outside, the enclosed garden combines a patio and timber decking, furnished with a table and chairs for dining in the fresh air or making the most of sunny afternoons. Private off-road parking for one car adds extra convenience throughout your stay, with unrestricted on road parking nearby.
