Venture a little further and discover the charming village of Rock (2 miles), where you can catch the foot ferry across the Camel Estuary to Padstow. The surrounding area offers endless opportunities for coastal walks, watersports and family days out, with attractions including Pencarrow House and Gardens, Camel Creek Family Adventure Park and Bodmin Jail all within 14 miles.

Step inside and you’ll find a bright, contemporary open-plan living space designed for spending time together. Large bi-fold doors create an effortless connection to the garden and heated swimming pool beyond.
