This two-bedroom apartment overlooks Padstow Harbour, with a sea-view terrace framing the working fishing port. Perfect for couples and small families seeking a coastal break with harbourside dining, beach days, and water sports. Lower Beach is approximately 1 mile from the property, and a ferry crosses from the harbour to Rock and its long, surf-friendly sandy shores. Trevone (2.5 miles), the first of the Seven Bays, sits further along the coast. The harbour is a departure point for fishing trips and sealife safaris, while crabbing off the harbour walls remains a favourite local pastime. Port Isaac (15.5 miles) and Boscastle (23.5 miles) lie along the coast in one direction, with Harlyn Bay (4 miles) in the other – the North Cornish coastline here is dramatic and varied. Between cliff-top walks, boat trips, and browsing Padstow's independent shops and bakeries, the area is as rich in scenery as it is in seafood.


The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space is light and spacious, with large sliding patio doors opening onto the sea-view balcony.
