This three-bedroom detached chalet sits within a gated development on the dunes at Upton Towans in Hayle, its single-storey design shaped to blend with the surrounding Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Made for families and groups drawn to surfing, coastal walks, and wildlife, the chalet is positioned between Gwithian Beach, the Hayle Estuary, and the rugged Godrevy headland. Gwithian's 3 miles of golden sand stretch along St Ives Bay, open to Atlantic surf and popular for kite flying and horse riding along the shoreline. The coast path continues to Godrevy Beach, where National Trust land rises above the cliffs and Godrevy Lighthouse stands bright white on its rocky outcrop offshore. Back inland, the Hayle Estuary and its Saltings nature reserve draw birdwatchers, particularly during the shoulder months when murmurations gather above the water. Carbis Bay and St Ives are accessible by a scenic coastal train.


Floor-to-ceiling glass and large sliding patio doors flood the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space with natural light. A large L-shaped sofa, armchair, and bean bag are arranged around a wood burner and Smart TV. A Cornish granite patio provides space for al fresco dining at a large table with eight chairs, and a BBQ, chiminea, and pizza oven are stored in the lockable shed for use on the patio. Six sun loungers are spread across the garden, and up-lighting along the rear boundary creates atmosphere after dark. Parking is available for two cars in front of the chalet.
