This contemporary home apartment overlooks the shores of Watergate Bay on the North Cornwall coast, 250 metres from the beach. Suited to families, couples, and surfers, the apartment sits above 2 miles of sand with waves rolling in from the Atlantic below. The bay draws beachgoers and surfers in equal measure, and the exposed shoreline picks up incoming swell, making it an excellent spot for surfing, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, and kite surfing, with a surf school based on the beach offering lessons. The coast path stretches in both directions – north toward Mawgan Porth and south toward Newquay's seven bays – with walks ranging from long clifftop rambles to shorter jaunts. Surf competitions and live music events run throughout the year, and the energy at Watergate Bay is as constant and lively as the tides.

The home is split-level, with a reverse layout puts the open-plan living area on the first floor and the two bedrooms on the ground floor below.
