This contemporary apartment faces down the valley toward Watergate Bay on the North Cornwall coast, with sweeping sea views from its private terrace. Ideal for families, couples, and surf enthusiasts, it is well placed for beach holidays, water sports, and coastal exploration. Watergate Bay Beach is 350 metres away – 2 miles of sand exposed to Atlantic swell, popular with surfers, kayakers, and paddle boarders. A surf school on the beach offers lessons in surfing, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, and kite surfing for all abilities. The coast path runs in both directions, connecting Newquay's seven bays to the south with Mawgan Porth to the north (both under 11 miles), and the routes range from gentle headland loops to longer cliff-edge treks. Scarlet sunsets colour the sky above the bay as beachfront restaurants fill with diners and year-round music festivals and surf competitions keep the energy high.

An entrance hallway with storage for coats and shoes leads into a cleverly designed open-plan living space. Triple-aspect bay-style French windows open onto the private terrace, flooding the room with natural light and framing views down the valley to the sea. A media wall with an integrated Smart TV and wood burner-effect electric fire anchors the living area, where a sofa and occasional chairs are arranged for relaxing. Beyond, the dining area seats six at a generous table, backed by a wood slat panelled feature wall with LED mood lighting, with the kitchen alongside and a breakfast bar providing additional seating. The master bedroom has bay windows with an attractive window seating area and a super-king-size bed. Its en-suite shower room includes a large walk-in rain shower and WC with a heated towel rail. A second bedroom offers a zip-and-link bed that can be configured as one super-king-size or two singles. The en-suite Jack and Jill bathroom – accessible from both the bedroom and the hallway – has a shower over the bath, WC, and heated towel rail. In the hallway, a large storage cupboard houses a washer/dryer.

Comfortable outdoor seating on the private terrace overlooks the valley and the sea beyond. Landscaped gardens with lawns, seating areas, and a BBQ area are shared with other guests in the development, together with a planted path leading down toward the beach – reaching the sand involves crossing a road and descending a slipway. A surf shower and secure storage for surf and beach kit are also shared with other guests in the development. Please note there is no lift in the building. Designated parking is provided for one car.
