This four-bedroom beach house is part of a development set directly on the beach in Perranporth, on the North Cornwall coast. Made for families, walkers, and adventurers of all ages, it looks out over golden sand dunes to the Atlantic Ocean beyond. Wild cliffs and open countryside surround the town, and the coastal path runs south along the heritage coastline to the unspoiled bays and former mining landscape around St Agnes. To the north, the surfing beaches of Fistral and Watergate Bay lie further along the coast. At low tide on Perranporth Beach, a natural open-air tidal pool is available for swimming. A golf club sits on the green cliff tops above the town, and a surf school operates from the sand. Back in Perranporth, colourful streets lined with independent boutiques, cafes, and restaurants make the town well worth exploring between tides.

The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space occupies the top floor, where floor-to-ceiling windows and patio doors open onto a balcony with uninterrupted views across the sand dunes, beach, and Atlantic Ocean. Two large sofas face a TV, and a wooden dining table with four chairs and a bench provides the dining space. A second balcony, accessed from the kitchen, has a bistro table and seating for two. On the first floor, a king-size bedroom has its own en-suite shower room with rainfall shower and WC, and views stretching across the beach and ocean. A third bedroom has a king-size zip-and-link bed that can be configured as two singles, and a fourth bedroom has a double bed. These two bedrooms share a family bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, and WC. A utility cupboard on this floor houses a washer/dryer. The ground floor is given over to the master bedroom, which has a super-king-size bed that can also be made up as two singles, a TV, and patio doors leading out to the terrace. Its en-suite shower room has a large rainfall shower and WC, with a door also opening onto the terrace.

Patio doors from the master bedroom open onto a large private terrace with sea views, a dining table, and seating for eight for al fresco dining. The terrace leads to a lawn area shared with other guests in the development. Surf racks and storage for kayaks and beach gear are housed in the garage. The beach is accessible via a footpath at the car park entrance, shared with other guests in the development, and a shared outdoor shower is also available to all development guests. One allocated parking space is provided in the development car park, with a further space in the property's garage.
