This ground-floor apartment sits directly opposite Porth Beach on the North Cornwall coastline, with a large wrap-around balcony overlooking the sand and sea. A base for families, adventurers, and explorers of all ages, it is well placed for beach holidays filled with rock pooling, sandcastle building, and coastal walks. A narrow wooden footbridge connects the beach to Porth Island, a headland where a blowhole sends rainbow sprays of water skyward at mid-tide. The coast path leads towards Watergate Bay (2 miles), reachable along the sand at low tide, while the rolling cliffs of Mawgan Porth (4 miles) stretch away in the opposite direction. Lusty Glaze Beach (0.5 miles) lies further along the coast path towards vibrant Newquay (1 mile).


Full-width bi-fold patio doors flood the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with natural light, framing views across the beach and out to Porth Island. The living area has comfortable seating and a TV with BT Vision, while the dining table seats six, with the sea visible beyond.
