This two-house coastal property sits above Perranuthnoe, a shoreside village on West Cornwall's coast with a sandy beach and views across to St. Michael's Mount. With a main house and separate annex, the layout gives large families and groups of friends their own space while sharing a roof terrace, gardens, and games room. Marazion, an ancient market town, is 2 miles away, where a vast sandy beach stretches toward the tidal island of St. Michael's Mount – reached by stone causeway at low tide or by National Trust boat. A park and ride at St. Erth connects to St. Ives via a scenic branch line train, and the flat promenade section of the South West Coast Path runs from Marazion to Penzance, under 3 miles, with sculptures along the way. Penzance offers the art-deco Jubilee Pool. The Minack Theatre sits above Porthcurno Beach, and Porthleven's fishing harbour lies further along the coast.
The open-plan ground floor of the main house flows from a large living space into a dining area seating 12, then through to a well-equipped kitchen with a central breakfast bar. Bi-folding doors frame sea and countryside views, and a wood burner with bench seating on either side anchors the living area, which also has a Smart TV and Sonos speaker. Dutch doors lead through to a breakfast table with upholstered bench seating. A separate utility room sits off the kitchen, and an additional WC is on the ground floor. Also on the ground floor, the first bedroom has a super-king-size zip-and-link bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, and WC. A flight of stairs from this bedroom leads to a children's room with five single beds – head height is limited and the room is designed for children only, though an external door also provides access from outside. Stairs lead to the first floor, where the second bedroom has a super-king-size zip-and-link bed, a TV, patio doors opening to a balcony with sea views, and an en-suite shower room with walk-in shower and WC. The third and fourth bedrooms each have double beds, and a family shower room with walk-in shower and WC serves this floor. Steps lead down to the lower ground floor, where a private gym and games room occupy the garage space. In the annex, the ground-floor living area has a Smart TV and bi-fold patio doors, and is open plan with a dining table, bench seating, and a kitchen. The sixth bedroom on this floor has a king-size bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite shower room with walk-in shower and WC. A family shower room with a wet room-style shower completes the annex ground floor. The fifth bedroom sits on the annex first floor with a super-king-size bed, air conditioning, and sea views.
A large roof terrace, accessed from the main living room, overlooks the Atlantic and is furnished with a dining table seating eight, an outdoor sofa, chairs, and a coffee table. The surrounding gardens include a secure paddock, an outdoor fire pit with built-in seating, a picnic bench, fairy lights, and a Sonos speaker – all with sea views. A hot tub seating six sits in the grounds. Surfboards, paddleboards, and kayaks are available for guest use, with a hot outdoor shower and surf store for wetsuits and boards. Beside the annex, a dedicated outdoor space has its own picnic bench. The coast path is accessible from the grounds, and below the paddock a small beach is visible at low tide – reaching it requires climbing down rocks. The main beach at Perranuthnoe is 300 metres away. Parking is available on the drive for up to five vehicles.
