This detached coastal cottage sits on the clifftops above Mawgan Porth, 200 metres from the beach, with sweeping ocean views from three of its four bedrooms. Below the cliffs, Mawgan Porth Beach stretches out with white sand and a gentle river that trickles across the shore to meet the sea. The South West Coast Path runs right along the clifftop, connecting to Watergate Bay in one direction and Bedruthan Steps in the other, where dramatic rock stacks rise from the shoreline near a historic Iron Age settlement. Cafes and shops line the beachfront, and a surf school operates from the beach. Seasonal crazy golf and pitch and putt sit close by. Padstow, with its harbour and restaurants, is a little further along the coast.

The ground floor centres around a spacious open-plan living and dining area with wide sea views, a wood burner, and comfortable seating arranged across two sofas and a window seat.
