This three-bedroom, sea-view house stands on the clifftops above Bedruthan Steps in North Cornwall, designed in 2021 as an award-winning Smart Home. Perfect for families and groups of friends seeking a coastal escape, it occupies a stretch of coastline rich in beaches and walking trails. The legendary sea stacks at Bedruthan rise from the shore directly below, their dramatic forms shaped by centuries of Atlantic tides, while the South West Coast Path runs along the clifftop, leading to Mawgan Porth Beach (1 mile) and continuing towards Watergate Bay (3.5 miles). To the east, the sandy beaches at Porthcothan, Harlyn Bay, and Trevone (all within 6 miles) line the coast, with the harbour town of Padstow (7 miles) further along. After dark, the area is classified as a Dark Sky Discovery Site, and sunsets over the Atlantic are particularly memorable here.

The large, sun-soaked balcony to the front is accessible from the kitchen, offering fantastic vistas of the ocean. A side terrace has four bean bags, a coffee table, and an outdoor table with six chairs for al fresco dining. A rear balcony with a bistro set looks out over the countryside. Landscaped green spaces border the property, and an outdoor heated shower is on hand to wash away sand after beach days. Designated parking is available for two cars.
