This contemporary waterfront apartment overlooks Cawsand Beach on Cornwall's Rame Peninsula, with panoramic views stretching across the bay. With the beach directly below, the apartment is ideal for families planning a seaside holiday. Cawsand is a former fishing village on a quieter stretch of the Cornish coast, less frequented by summer visitors, where boats bob in the harbour and the tide lulls against the shore. Neighbouring Kingsand (under 0.5 miles) offers another beach to explore, and the South West Coast Path runs directly behind the property. The route to Rame Head extends 2 miles along dramatic clifftops, while the sweeping sands of Whitsand Bay lie 5.5 miles along the coast. From Easter to the last Sunday in October, the Cawsand Ferry crosses from the beach to Plymouth, giving access to the city's restaurants, cafes, pubs, and shops.

The open-plan living space takes full advantage of the views, with a large corner sofa that doubles as a sofa bed, an armchair, and a TV. Bi-fold doors open onto the balcony, bringing in light and sea air. The kitchen is set around an island with three breakfast stools, while a large wooden dining table and bench seating accommodate up to eight guests. Through to the master bedroom, a super-king-size bed faces the sea, with views across Cawsand Beach. The en-suite shower room has a walk-in rainfall shower and WC. A second bedroom has a super-king-size bed that can be configured as two singles, with a door opening onto a Juliet balcony. Its en-suite shower room features a corner shower and WC. The third bedroom also has a super-king-size bed that converts to twins, with a clothes rail for storage. This bedroom shares the family bathroom, which has a bath and WC.

The large balcony is positioned directly above the beach, with uninterrupted views over Cawsand Beach and the open ocean. Two chairs and a coffee table are set out here – early risers may spot wild swimmers in the water below. Parking is provided for one car in the underground car park.
