This large detached holiday house stands on Pentire Headland overlooking Fistral Beach, known for its world-famous surf. With room for extended families or groups coming together to celebrate, it is well placed for active coastal holidays – the sand is 500 metres away along the edge of the golf course. The cliff-top path toward Little Fistral leads to quieter coves where barnacle-dotted rock pools and shingle stretches offer a more secluded feel, away from the busier main bay. The South West Coast Path, winds around the headland passes Newquay's historic Huer's Hut and continues toward the town's seven beaches – an ice cream at the end is well earned. Watergate Bay (5 miles), with its rolling surf and choice of restaurants, and Perranporth (9 miles), with its quirky shops, are both accessible by car.


This split-level, reverse-level layout places the main living space on the upper floor to make the most of the coastal views over Fistral Bay. A family shower room with walk-in rainfall shower and WC serves this level, alongside a utility room. In the games room, a table tennis table, sofa bed, and Smart TV sit beside sliding patio doors that open to the rear garden, while the conservatory next door offers a quieter spot with two tub chairs.
