The kitchen is thoughtfully arranged with worktops and space for appliances, plus a front-facing window bringing in natural light. There is room for a dining table, creating a practical spot for meals, while the lounge area sits to the rear. A traditional latch door leads down to the cellar, where you’ll find additional storage. Stairs rise to the first-floor landing, where a double bedroom showcases exposed beams and rear-aspect windows, adding to the property’s character. The bathroom is fitted with a bath and overhead shower.
Though this property has no outside space of its own, you’ll find a park in Kirkby Lonsdale as well as endless walking routes that can begin at your door and lead into the Dales. Parking is available in a nearby car park, with a permit supplied for convenience.
