Situated in Porth, within easy reach of a stunning sandy beach, the property lies within easy reach of the heart of the popular seaside resort of Newquay (0.5 miles), known for its glorious beaches, vibrant nightlife and wide array of water sports. Home to the beautiful Fistral Beach and Crantock Beach, meet the animals at Newquay Zoo and challenge the kids at Pirate’s Quest Adventure Golf or relax in the idyllic Trenance Gardens. To the south-west, Perranporth marks the start of the beautiful St Agnes Head Heritage Coast (9 miles). Heading inland, this stunning corner of Cornwall offers a wealth of popular landmarks and attractions including Lappa Valley, Trerice and the Screech Owl Sanctuary and Animal Park, all within 9.5 miles.

The ground floor also offers an invigorating shower/utility room and the first of the property’s three tastefully decorated bedrooms: a charming single. Going upstairs you will find the two remaining bedrooms, each with refreshing en-suite facilities: a cheerful small double, and an airy king-size room with a Smart TV and access to a delightful balcony with a couple of chairs, providing a relaxing spot for a morning coffee and gazing out across the sea.

From the main living area, sliding glass doors open out onto a delightful open terrace. With plenty of garden furniture, this is a lovely spot for sitting back, dining alfresco, enjoying the magnificent scenery and weather permitting to watch the famous Newquay sunsets. Please note the terrace is not enclosed – please keep children supervised and pets on leads as there is a steep drop to the beach. A few steps and a short walk lead back up to the designated off-road parking space for one car.
