Further afield, enjoy day trips to the elegant city of Bath (11 miles) and the quaint towns and villages of the Cotswolds, or spend the day amongst the wildlife at Longleat Safari Park (12 miles).

Inside, the holiday cottage is decorated in calming, natural tones and also features rustic wooden floors, exposed beams, and whitewashed stonework. The main living space is open plan, with a stylish kitchen area in one corner with a breakfast bar and everything needed for a self-catering getaway. In the evenings, relax on the plump sofa to watch a movie on the Smart TV. Just off the living area is an inviting double bedroom with sumptuous linens for a good night’s sleep and a contemporary en-suite shower room to freshen up before a day of exploring.
