There’s also a utility room, which has laundry facilities and access to the converted garage that is now a games room, complete with table tennis and pool, plus storage for surf boards, wet suits and other outdoor gear. One of the three king-size bedrooms is also on the ground floor, boasting a refreshing, en-suite shower room. Completing this level is a useful separate WC. Take the stairs to the first floor to find a peaceful reading area on the large, bright mezzanine that overlooks the lounge.
