Occupying a superb vantage point within the Isle of Wight National Landscape, the property makes a great base for walkers and cyclists following, amongst others, the Stenbury and Worsley trails. Local attractions include Appuldurcombe House, the Isle of Wight Donkey Sanctuary and Amazon World Zoo Park, all within 3 miles. Exploring the island further, Carisbrooke Castle, Shanklin Chine, the Dinosaur Expedition Centre and Osborne House are all within 11 miles.

Guests step out of the door straight onto the terrace of this delightful single-level retreat, offering to enjoy magnificent, far-reaching views. Heading Inside, the light, airy, and generously sized open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner provides a wonderful space for you all in which to settle back and relax in after a memorable day discovering the island’s many attractions. The characterful lounge features ample seating and a Smart TV, with floor-to-ceiling windows and French doors allowing light to pour in. A handsome central dining table is perfect for family get-togethers, and the beautifully arranged kitchen is fully equipped, with sleek worktops and plenty of storage space. When it’s time to retire for the night, there are two spacious and tastefully decorated bedrooms: a charming triple room and a cosy super-king-size room. A small hallway leads from the kitchen to the stylish bathroom, complete with both a bath and a free standing shower.

Heading outside, the elevated private terrace features comfortable garden furniture and offers a tranquil spot for dining alfresco and for taking in the peaceful countryside views over towards the lake, fields and ancient woods with the chance to spot wildlife, birds and the resident llamas farm animals. Off-road parking is available for two cars.
