Located at the edge of the old town on the road leading up out of Padstow, Baxters Cottage is well-equipped and furnished and decorated in a light, airy, modern style. Located just 2 minutes' walk from Padstow's picturesque harbour and yet provides parking for two cars. It is just a few hundred yards from the shops, pubs and many highly recommended restaurants, including Rick Stein's famous Seafood Restaurant. Beautiful sandy beaches within the estuary are a short walk from the town and the estuary waters are also popular for water sports such as sailing and windsurfing. A 5-10 minute drive gives you a choice of several spectacular sandy beaches and coves on the dramatic North coast.

Kitchen: Induction hob, smart electric oven with microwave function, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine.

Bedroom 1: King bed (5'), wardrobe, chest of drawers, hair dryer.

Bedroom 3: Bunk beds (3'), wardrobe, chest of drawers, Smart TV.

GARDEN & PARKING: Small paved area to front. Enclosed patio to rear with garden furniture. Drive with parking for 2 cars (but 2 large cars may have difficulties).  Garage available for tumble dryer and storage of bicycles, surfboards, etc.

Changeover Day: Saturday.
Pets Welcome: Maximum 2; £25 per pet per week
Power and Heat: Gas and electricity included in rent; gas c.h./hot water, woodburner lounge.
Bedding and Linen: Pillows & duvets included; bed linen and towels are provided.
Shop: 400 yds Pub: 0.1 ml

Baxters Cottage is in a fabulous location, just steps away from the heart of Padstow, with the added bonus of a parking space and enclosed outside space. The cottagw is beautifully furnished inside with everything you need and is a very family friendly space with great size bedrooms and an open plan layout on the ground floor. This is a lovely cottage in an ideal location, with a well equipped kitchen. Of particular importance, the cottage was absolutely spotless. The cleaning team are clearly providing an excellent service. We met Alison during our stay and she couldnt have been more helpful. Such a welcome experience. Thank you

Comfy is the word -comfy beds, comfy sofa and comfy arm chairs! The living room was a good place to flop after a day on the beaches . Excellent location and ideal for a dog with the woods so close by . Very happy with our choice . Thank you Baxter for the loan of your cottage.

Baxters cottage is beautifully presented, fully equipped with everything you need and has top quality appliances. The beds were comfortable and the location ideal especially with the added parking spaces of which we were able to park both a large and small vehicle. The added extras were a welcome surprise and thoroughly enjoyed. Seeing the picture Read moreof Baxter and were the cottage must have gotten its name was a lovely touch. A beautifully appointed cottage, very clean and comfortable that has great parking and is so close to Padstow centre, a small walk away. For the dogs, the wooded area up Hill Street was ideal - a perfect little walk for them before we settled down for dinner in one of the lovely eateries in Padstow. We will be back - booked already!

Lovely property and very comfortable. Addition was having off street parking. Short walk to all shops etc. Most shops only took card payments

Location is superb not only for parking and location to the harbour etc, but theres a small wood nearby so we could take our dog there everyday as we did not want to use the outside space to toilet. Baxters Cottage is dog friendly and really easy to keep clean. The mattress was excellent and considering purchasing the same one now. Bedding, toweRead morels and kitchen appliances were quality touches & we would definitely return to Baxters again. Looking at his photo, he was a beautiful dog and can see he probably loved his home there too. Hide

Our third stay at Baxters and it never disappoints! A really comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped cottage in the heart of Padstow. Well definitely be back, another fabulous holiday with the added bonus of glorious weather.

We have been to Padstow many times and stayed in different properties, however this is the best so far! The cottage is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. The location is excellent and having two parking spaces was a bonus.

Baxters Cottage is a great property situated in a great spot in Padstow. It is very well equipped and very comfortable and cosy. We would definitely recommend for a stay and will certainly book again when we come back.

Great cottage to stay in. Great for parking and so near to the centre of Padstow. Just a couple of minutes walk. The cottage is comfy, clean, modern and well equipped. It's the second time we have stayed and would stay again if visiting Padstow. Ten out of ten.
