The living space has exposed beams and original brickwork on the former chimney breast, a lovely spot to chill with a glass of wine after a day discovering the delights of the Suffolk coast.
The Upper Deck is perfect for families or a couple looking for a beach side bolthole with all amenities and the beach close by. Southwold is a traditional seaside holiday hotspot famous for its pier, lighthouse, pastel coloured beach huts and fabulously fresh seafood! The town has some excellent independent shops, cafes and restaurants, be sure to call in for a pint of the acclaimed Adnams beer in one of the nearby pubs.

Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!
