Enjoying the peaceful countryside of Tunstead Milton, this family-friendly base is perfect for days spent outdoors and calm evenings back at the property. Little ones will love the chance to meet the resident alpacas, with interactive walks offering a memorable way to enjoy the surrounding Peak District scenery (booking ahead is advised and discount code will be provided on booking). Combs Reservoir is just 0.5 miles away, perfect for gentle waterside strolls, picnic stops and taking in the views across the hills. Nearby Chapel-en-le-Frith and Whaley Bridge (both within 2.5 miles) have cafés, shops and pubs, while Bugsworth Basin (3 miles) is a lovely spot for a relaxed wander by the impressive canal basin. Local Peak District towns (all within 25 miles) include Buxton, Castleton, Bakewell and Matlock with many activities available. For an adventurous day out, you can drive to the Goyt Valley (5 miles), Mam Tor (9 miles) or Kinder Scout (8 miles) for hikes and trails, then return to the farm for a slower evening in the countryside and a soak in the hot tub.

Walk through the enclosed rear courtyard garden and into the porch to slip off your walking boots. The steps guide you up into the heart of the property on the first floor, the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This cleverly arranged space offers fantastic views by day and night, creating a relaxing place to kick back and take them in. Admire the stylish beams as you unwind on one of the sofas and use the Smart TV. Just behind is your kitchen area, with an electric oven, an induction hob, and all the other appliances needed to rustle up your favourite meals, including a slow cooker to prep your meals whilst out enjoying the day. Enjoy them at the table for four. On the ground floor, there are two king-size bedrooms to choose from, and one has the flexibility to be made into twins upon request. The shower room with a shower and WC, and a utility room with a washer/dryer, completes the interior.

Stepping out to the rear of the holiday home, you'll find a secure, peaceful courtyard garden with a private hot tub and an outdoor dining area.
