The larger town of Bideford is also close by, with a range of independent shops scattered along its narrow streets.
This property is accessed on foot through double gates and into the private courtyard. Stepping into the kitchen/diner, where the kitchen area itself is impressive and decorated with cool neutral tones, giving a seaside feel, well-equipped with a combi microwave oven and induction hob, separate microwave, free standing fridge/freezer, washing machine, Tassimo coffee machine and dishwasher to do all the work for you, you have everything you need. A flight of stairs from the dining area leads you to the first floor where you will find a relaxing lounge area with Smart TV, sea views and a wood burner effect electric fire for those cooler evenings; it’s a great spot to sit and relax with a good book overlooking the burrows and to the sea beyond.
Heading outside there is a patio courtyard with table and chairs in front of the kitchen entrance and sun loungers next to the hot tub, a perfect place to sit out and enjoy pre dinner drinks. There is on road parking available for one car outside the double gates.
