Visit the National Trust-managed Watersmeet, 1 mile, perfect for woodland walks and afternoon teas, and plan meals in the quality country pubs scattered throughout the region. Brendon Common is only a couple of miles away, with over 3,000 acres of heather-covered moorland, while the delightful seaside village of Porlock is a 9-mile trip.
