South Fistral Beach, 0.5 miles away, is perfect for surfing enthusiasts, and Newquay town centre, 1 mile away, has several popular water sports beaches, local shops, bars, and plenty of eateries to indulge in. For family days away from the beach, head to Lappa Valley or explore Trerice Elizabethan Manor House and Gardens, under 7 miles away or discover the iconic Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project 20 miles away.

From the moment you step inside this impressive property, you will be taken by the wonderful sense of light and space and realise that you are set for an unforgettable stay. Built in 2022, the house has been designed to maximise the uninterrupted coastal views. Light pours into the living and bedroom spaces through the large sliding doors, which also offer breathtaking views. The contemporary minimalist style and chic decor and furnishings bring a touch of luxury, with attention paid to every detail of your stay. The main social areas are a large open-plan kitchen/dining/living area, along with a snug and a separate games/TV room, so everyone will be able to find their perfect space. On the lower ground floor, the superb kitchen has all the appliances you need to prepare a family feast or a celebratory dinner. A large kitchen island keeps things sociable for the cook and is also perfect for informal meals and drinks. Gather in the main dining space for unhurried feasts, conversations and views over the beach. The main seating area features sumptuous seating to unwind on while catching up on a box set or a movie on the Smart TV. A separate snug area provides a more informal space for reading or chatting over a drink. All along the open-plan living and dining area are sliding doors that open onto the terrace and the heated pool area. Steps lead up to the first floor, where you’ll find seven immaculate super-king bedrooms, all en-suite and all boasting access to your own balcony overlooking the beach and sea - you can watch the waves while lying in bed. Every bedroom has a Smart TV and two indoor/outdoor easy chairs, so you can enjoy drinks on the balcony. Three of the en-suites also have a standalone bath with sea views. On the first floor, there is an additional separate living/games room with comfortable seating and a Smart TV.

Head outside and the unique experience of this property comes into its own with a south-facing terrace overlooking the heated swimming pool and beyond to the beach and sea. Enjoy the treat of a heated swimming pool (May-Oct) complete with a pool shower and a second outdoor shower for convenience. The large sun deck, beyond the pool, is ideal for al fresco dining and enjoying drinks. Unwind in the hot tub, perfect for watching the sun set and close to a handy BBQ area. Take the private, stepped access to the beach (at low tide) and the sea below, but please note the steps to the beach/sea below are not standard steps and are not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. There is private parking for six cars.
