This delightful single-storey holiday bungalow provides the perfect getaway for couples, families and their four-legged friends. Situated on the outskirts of the popular village of Ingleton, with a range of quirky shops and restaurants within 0.2 miles in the delightful village centre. Nestled under Ingleborough mountain and set on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park (1 mile), the area is an absolute paradise for walking and cycling enthusiasts. The infamous Ingleton Waterfalls Trail starts just 0.2 miles from the bungalow, and, for more experienced walkers, this property is an idyllic base for the Yorkshire 3 Peaks. Explore White Scar Caves, just 2 miles away or the impressive Ribble Head Viaduct (7 miles). A truly central location, the Lake District National Park and Forest of Bowland AONB can both be reached within 16 miles.

Step into the hallway and kick off your walking boots in this cosy home-from-home. Head into the lounge where you will find a selection of seating, with sofas and armchairs to sink into and watch something on the TV, read a book, or chat with friends and family. A door from the hallway leads into a spacious dining room with plenty of seating for everyone. The kitchen is stylish and boasts a breakfast bar, as well as everything you could need to whip up a delicious meal. Off from the kitchen, you will find a handy utility/shower room, a perfect place to hang wet coats and leave outdoor gear. Along the hallway are three comfortable bedrooms; one king-size and two twin rooms with 2’6” zip-and-link beds which can be made into a king-size bed if required. The bungalow benefits from a lovely family bathroom and a separate WC.

At the front of the property is a large patio area looking over the viaduct. Sit around the outdoor table and enjoy a BBQ in the summer or a glass of wine in the evening under the stars.
