Whether you're craving pure relaxation or days packed with adventure, this inviting cottage on the fringes of Falmouth provides a lovely setting for couples or small families. It’s situated within a premium holiday village, giving you access to a fabulous array of leisure facilities. The coastal town of Falmouth itself is brimming with attractions, from the National Maritime Museum Cornwall to Pendennis Castle (both within 3 miles), along with sandy beaches, such as Meanporth Beach, Swanpool Beach, Gyllyngvase Beach, and Castle Beach (all within 2 miles), boat trips, scuba diving and plenty of places to eat, drink and shop. The South West Coast Path passes just a mile away from the property, allowing you to discover secluded coves and local wildlife. Other must-see spots include the sub-tropical paradise of Trebah Garden (3 miles) and Truro (13 miles), Cornwall’s only city.

This bright, elegant cottage is an attractive base for invigorating Cornish adventures, with all the home comforts you need to unwind. The open-plan living space fills with light during the day, and on warm afternoons, you can throw open the back doors to bring the summer vibe indoors. Enjoy the south facing view of the shared garden from the lounge area, whether you’re watching a box set on the Smart TV or curling up on the corner sofa with a good holiday read. In the kitchen area, rustle up meals to enjoy around the wooden dining table or out on the patio. A handy WC completes the ground-floor layout. Upstairs, you’ll find a family bathroom and two comfortable bedrooms – a double and a twin – designed for restful nights.

Sit out on the private patio with a refreshing drink and relax or dine alfresco on those warm evenings. You’ll also have full use of the site's shared facilities, including wildflower gardens, a children’s playground and leisure activities. Stay active while you’re away with a game of tennis, basketball or gym session, or take time to unwind in the plunge pool, or hot tub (open April-October). If you want a night off from cooking, amble over to the clubhouse bar and restaurant for a tasty meal. Private parking is available for one car outside the cottage, with additional spaces in a shared visitors' car park.
