This stylish first-floor apartment places you right on Weymouth’s famous Esplanade, with glorious views stretching across the sandy beach and sparkling sea. It’s ideal for small groups of families and friends keen for a seaside break. Weymouth Beach is less than 50 metres away, while the lively harbour (0.5 miles) is packed with cafés and restaurants. The surrounding Dorset coastline creates endless opportunities for scenic adventures, whether you fancy exploring the rugged Isle of Portland and Portland Bill Lighthouse (9 miles), wandering around historic Corfe Castle (22 miles) or visiting the breathtaking scenery of Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door (14 miles). Dorchester, Thomas Hardy’s famous ‘Casterbridge’, is 7.5 miles away, while West Bay (17 miles) has striking Jurassic Coast views. You’ll climb a few steps into the building before taking the stairs up to the apartment on the first floor. Inside, a welcoming hallway connects the rooms, with two internal steps to be aware of along the way. At the front of the property, the bright open-plan living area really makes the most of the incredible coastal outlook. Huge sash windows flood the space with light, making it a lovely spot for slow breakfasts and watching the changing colours of the coast. In the evenings, sink into the seating and catch up on your favourite shows on the Smart TV, or gather around the kitchen island with a glass of wine while dinner is prepared. The property sleeps four guests across two bedrooms: one king-size and one twin room. Completing the layout is a modern shower room with a walk-in shower and WC.
