Perfect for marking life’s big moments with family and close friends, this beautifully presented country cottage offers generous room for up to 10 guests. Set out on The Wold Rangers Way, a 43‑mile circular trail weaving through rolling countryside and quiet bridleways, or follow The Minster Way, linking York (35 miles) and Beverley (26.5 miles). Along the coastline, enjoy the lively resort of Bridlington (6 miles), the charming seaside town of Filey (7 miles), and the dramatic RSPB Bempton Cliffs (11 miles), home to remarkable birdlife and sweeping sea views.

Walk through the front door and you’re immediately greeted by an impressively grand hallway, styled with a round console table, a soft reed‑diffuser scent drifting through the space, and a pastel‑pink monks bench that makes kicking off muddy boots feel almost luxurious. To the right, a well‑equipped utility room keeps everything practical tucked neatly away, complete with a washing machine, dryer and freezer, and leading through to a sleek downstairs shower room with WC. Head left from the hallway and the home opens into a stunning open‑plan kitchen and dining area, where high‑end finishes, a premium fitted kitchen, a dishwasher and a filter coffee machine set the tone for effortless living; the pastel‑blue corner bench dining nook fits the space beautifully, creating a warm, sociable hub as well as a 45'' inch smart TV. Just off to the right, the lounge invites you to sink into comfortable seating and unwind in front of the 50'' smart TV — perfect for cosy evenings. To the left of the kitchen, the conservatory offers a completely different mood: driftwood furniture, generous seating and sweeping rural views make it an idyllic spot to relax while overlooking the large garden and hot tub. Upstairs, five beautifully presented bedrooms await — three king rooms, a double, and a super‑king zip/link for flexible sleeping arrangements — with one of the king rooms boasting its own en‑suite featuring a spacious walk‑in shower and WC. Completing the upper floor is a stylish family bathroom with a bath, separate shower and WC, finishing the home with a touch of boutique‑hotel comfort.

Step outside into a generous garden with Indian‑stone patio that wraps around the farmhouse, opening to wide views over open farmland and creating a refined setting for outdoor living, complete with an 8‑seater hot tub with app‑controlled lighting, BBQ, secure storage for up to eight bikes, and a hot water dog wash for post‑walk clean ups; with ample off street parking, a private gate, and well placed seating to catch the last of the day’s sun, the space offers a calm, polished backdrop for relaxing or entertaining in the countryside.
