A charming romantic retreat by the sea, this ground-floor apartment is located on a hillside in West Looe, just 200 metres or so from the town’s array of shops, pubs and restaurants. Explore winding, medieval streets, admire the busy harbour, and cross the bridge to reach the sandy beach, 0.5 miles away. You might also want to visit The Old Sardine Factory for a spot of heritage and fine dining. There’s much to do on or in the water, too, whether you enjoy fishing, scuba diving, kayaking, paddleboarding or a boat trip. The golf course is 3.5 miles away, and there are zip lines and more at Adrenalin Quarry, 7 miles away. For a change of pace, Lanhydrock House and Garden, one of the National Trust’s finest, is 15 miles away, while the Eden Project is 22 miles away and the chic harbourside town of Fowey is 23 miles away.

From your private front door, head down the steep steps to reach the apartment’s open-plan living space. You’ll immediately be drawn to the beautiful bay window, which offers views over the rooftops to Looe Harbour – a lovely setting for special meals together.
