Nestled in the English Riviera town of Brixham, less than 0.5 miles stroll away from the bustling harbour, the town boasts a rich maritime history. The harbour remains the vibrant centrepiece, offering visitors a variety of boat trips, including relaxing tours around Torbay, fishing excursions, and a regular ferry service across the bay to the nearby resort town of Torquay. There’s plenty to see and do, from sandy beaches and delightful restaurants to a fascinating replica of Sir Francis Drake’s ship, The Golden Hind. Beyond Brixham, nearby towns like Paignton and Torquay both within 10 miles are also popular with visitors. Attractions in the area include golden beaches, a zoo, an aquarium, and a charming steam railway that winds through the stunning Dart Valley.

Step inside this cottage via a set of external steps from the road, and kick of your shoes in the hallway and hang your coats. To your right is the open plan lounge diner, with comfortable sofas situated around a smart tv and warming wood burner. A dining table sits adjacent with seating for guests, leading into a well-equipped kitchen via a small internal step. The galley style kitchen offers plenty of worktop space to prepare local produce. Upstairs on the first floor are two bedrooms, a double bedroom with original features, and a spacious king size bedroom boasting beautiful artwork and pieces. On this floor you’ll also find the family bathroom, with separate shower, free standing bath and WC. On the third floor is a family bedroom, with two single beds (restricted height) and a double bed, creating a perfect space for young children or a family collective.

Outside there is plenty of space to enjoy, a bistro set is situated on the lower deck or venture up the steps to the second seating area with large table and chairs to enjoy alfresco dining in the evening sunshine.
