The host village of Reeth is a great base for outdoor activities, featuring welcoming pubs and tearooms to return to, along with a village shop for picking up local supplies. Charming nearby destinations include the market town of Hawes and its Dales Countryside Museum, historic Richmond with its castle and cobbled streets, the dramatic Bolton Castle, and the welcoming town of Leyburn (all within 14 miles).
