Located in Primrose Valley area of Filey on the popular Yorkshire Coast with its abundance of long sandy, dog friendly beaches, quaint fishing villages and family attractions. A path from the front door leads down to the beach through open field for a stroll or you can enjoy a round of golf at one of the local courses and not forgetting fish and chips at the seaside of course. There are shops, restaurants and pubs found in Filey centre and the property is also conveniently located next to a popular holiday village. This is a great base to explore what Yorkshire has to offer, take a short drive up on to the North Yorkshire Moors or to the Yorkshire Wolds where you won't be short of walks or cycling routes.

Enter into the bright and contemporary home through the hallway where you can shed your muddy boots  before relaxing in the lounge. Sink into one of the comfy sofas, put your feet up in front of the electric fire whilst watching TV or reflecting on the days adventures together and planning the next. There is a sperate dining/ reception room, with dining table where you can sit down and enjoy a nice meal together, or unwind with a book on one of the two tub chairs. The galley kitchen comes fully equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and even a washing machine. Each of the bedrooms lead off the hallway, you can choose from a doubles or a twin and they even all have their own TV/DVD, so you can catch up on your favourite programmes. There is also the bathroom with electric shower over bath and WC and a separate shower room with shower and WC.

Stepping out from the patio doors in the lounge/diner you will find a spacious patio area with seating, and pretty enclosed garden. You can enjoy a BBQ while you listen to the sea and watch the children play on the grass and in the summer house.

A fabulous, comfy bungalow in a great location. Had everything we needed. Next to primrose valley haven site which meant we could use all the eating facilities and the shop. Walk to the beach is downhill. Beach was lovely and clean. Would definitely recommend this property

Lovely location and property, really enjoyed our stay was nice and quiet location but easy to get to beach and filey town walking. Host was really helpful and accommodating to needs. Would stay again Only negative is the beds and sofa wasn't the most comfortable. But that is picky .

Unfortunately the only thing I can say about this property is, if you have a dog the back garden is fully enclosed, good size so no worries with your pets.

The cottage was lovely, garden was a big plus for dog and toddler. Very secure. Parking also a big plus. The cottage is definitely big enough for 6, lovely size.

We have been a few times iver the last 10 years and we love it. The location is beautiful with a Seaview from sat at the dining table and beach access a very short walk away.

Perfect location fabulous beach minutes away and a bonus its dog friendly The enclosed garden is so handy to sit out and relax with the dogs So handy for many attractions lots of them walkable from the door The bus service seems very impressive and frequent to further locations Locals so helpful and friendly We will be back

Lovely comfortable bungalow in a great location. We had a few problems which were rectified with amazing speed. Thanks. The garden was a great size for our 2 dogs and a great sun trap to sit in. We would return.

Lovely property great location but felt that certain areas of the property could of been cleaner but maybe Im too fussy
