Located in Primrose Valley area of Filey on the popular Yorkshire Coast with its abundance of long sandy, dog friendly beaches, quaint fishing villages and family attractions. A path from the front door leads down to the beach through open field for a stroll or you can enjoy a round of golf at one of the local courses and not forgetting fish and chips at the seaside of course. There are shops, restaurants and pubs found in Filey centre and the property is also conveniently located next to a popular holiday village. This is a great base to explore what Yorkshire has to offer, take a short drive up on to the North Yorkshire Moors or to the Yorkshire Wolds where you won't be short of walks or cycling routes.
Enter into the bright and contemporary home through the hallway where you can shed your muddy boots before relaxing in the lounge. Sink into one of the comfy sofas, put your feet up in front of the electric fire whilst watching TV or reflecting on the days adventures together and planning the next. Stepping out from the patio doors in the lounge/diner you will find a spacious patio area with seating, and pretty enclosed garden. You can enjoy a BBQ while you listen to the sea and watch the children play on the grass and in the summer house.
