Wake up in the morning to stunning panoramic ocean views over the rugged North Devon coastline and relax on the balcony with your morning coffee planning your day of adventure. On your doorstep is the pretty fishing harbour of Ilfracombe, with a plethora of shops, galleries, pubs and cafes. A choice of boat trips is on offer; choose from a fishing trip, a relaxing ride around the coastline spotting dolphins and seals, or take a day trip over to Lundy Island on the old steamer that sails out of the harbour. Should you choose to venture further, you have a selection of beautiful sandy beaches to choose from, including Woolacombe and Croyde, both within 6 miles and well known for their fantastic surf. Walkers will be spoilt for choice with the South West Coast Path on your door step and Exmoor National Park only 9 miles away.

 This beautiful one-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor, accessed via a few external steps and one flight of stairs. Stepping into the apartment,  the open-plan lounge/kitchen provides comfortable seating where you can enjoy the colourful sunsets over the Bristol channel or just relax while watching a movie or two on the SMART TV. You might even be lucky enough to see seals, porpoises and oystercatchers. An electric piano is provided for those pianists out there. The kitchen is well equipped, providing everything you need to cook up a breakfast or evening meal and soak up the stunning sea views from your dining table, watching the waves crashing against the rocks in the distance. The bedroom has a recliner double bed where you can sit and read a book on a cosy evening. The bathroom is just off the hallway, with the bath and WC two steps down from the basin.

The property has a balcony with seating ideal for those sunny days and evenings, and there is allocated parking for one medium sized car.

We loved staying in Tides Reach apartment. It was a hot week but we could open the balcony door and enjoy a lovely breeze and listening to the sea.

An unequivocal 5* review - 2 adults & a dog in December for 5 days. The view was magnificent - worth the price of entry alone. The flat was warm & cosy & a welcome place to return to after all the December weather that Ilfracombe could throw at us. The town itself was very friendly & most places welcomed dogs - even though it was December many pubsRead more, shops, cafes & restaurants were open for business. Located in the heart of Ifracombe, this property was ideal for us. It was so easy to stroll into town, and having close access to the South West Coastal Path was brilliant . The apartment was lovely, and the sea views stunning. It was also fantastic to have easy access to nearby beaches like Croyde & Woolercombe..

This apartment was very clean and well maintained. It was nice to have plenty of complimentary items for use on arrival. All appliances were there for our use. Nicely situated for buses. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

A great property. beautiful location with great views. The property was very well appointed and had everything required for a lovely holiday. Lovely apartment with a fantastic view and brilliance location. Only thing that let it down was the table and chairs on the balcony looking like they hadnt been cleaned in months so wasnt able to sit out on what was one of the hottest weeks of the year

Very nice flat in quite a run down building - so don't be put off. The location is outstanding. I stayed for a week without needing to use my car once. Parking is fine as long as you know how to manoeuvre. My Range Rover slotted in nicely.

Excellent location: easy walk into harbour area and amazing views over the channel and to South Wales Well appointed Relaxing Bathroom a little tired especially around windows/window sills Handy having parking space opposite. We parked a Hyundai Tucson. A little tight if space next to reserved space is occupied

The apartment is so near to the sea the scenic view is worth the stay on its own. The kitchen is fitted out with every modern appliance as is the rest of the apartment. We had a very restful and enjoyable stay.
